LIGHT OF HOPE AHEAD

In shadows deep, where anguish lies,

My soul entangled, its spirit cries.

With heavy heart and burdened mind,

Depression's grip, so unkind.

A tempest brews within the soul,

A haunting darkness taking its toll.

The weight of sorrow, hard to bear,

Engulfing hope, leaving despair.

But listen now, for I shall say,

There's strength within me to find a way.

In darkest hours, when hope seems lost,

A flame still flickers, no matter the cost.

Embrace the pain, let my tears release,

For healing starts when pain finds peace.

"Reach out!" my soul said, don't be alone,

Seek solace in the love that's shown.

In gentle moments, let nature heal,

Embrace its beauty, let it reveal

The whispers of hope, the song of light,

Breaking through shadows with all its might.

I'm not defined by this darkness deep,

My worth, my essence, it still shall seep

Through cracks of sorrow, to mend and mend,

A story of strength, that shall transcend.

And though it seems a long, uphill climb,

Remember,my dear soul, it takes just time.

Hold on to love, hold on to grace,

Embrace the journey, find my own space.

For I'm are not alone in this fight,

Together with my spirit, I soar, like birds in flight.

And when the storm subsides at last,

A stronger spirit shall emerge steadfast.

So let this verse be my daily guiding light,
