PHILOSOPHICAL EVIDENCE OF GOD AND GODS

Philosophy of Religion originates some of the prominent traditional assertions for and against the existence of God, as well as some less well-known, but thought-provoking arguments for the existence of God, and one of the most important new challenges to religious belief from the Cognitive Science of Religion. The question has becomes a problematical theory in field of philosophy. Therefore, is there God?

Asking for empirical evidence of God is like asking for the amperage of water. This article will explain the detailed information of the philosophical evidence of God in the world. God is the supreme or ultimate reality such as the Being perfect in power, wisdom, and goodness who is worshipped (as in Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and Hinduism) as creator and ruler of the universe.

It is believed Faiths and religions whose God or Gods are seen, their existence known and the product of their manufacture attested for, keep their fanatics in a permanent state of believe in its potency and no doubt . So the question of the existence of a transcendent God or Gods comes as a result of the confusion planted in the thoughts of their fanatics or believers, thus it is imperative to make or give such believers something to hold on, hence philosophizing on the existence of their God or Gods.

Existence of God manifest in human believability in their religion that God or gods exist. they believed that there's an individual who is supreme and above all the living things on earth. They believed that there's an individual that listens to their pleas (prayers) and grant their request in abundance.

Now, there is philosophical evidence based on observation of data around us (like the fact that all matter has beginning and end and it is caused by another and depends on another for survival). This data strongly affirms the existence of a Being that has not been caused by another nor needs the help of another nor is material. That being is what we call God.

Another datum to analyse is the Order of Creation. No one, in their right thinking, sees a painting and says , "wow, what a beautiful accident." But the most beautiful painting, poem, song ,etc., falls short of the beauty of a wave. A fool like me can write a book and draw a beautiful images but only God or gods can make a tree. The existence of God or gods can be seen in the nature, how the day metamorphosed into the night, how the climate and weather conditions changes. Order does not happen by accident, it comes from one with a Mind to create Art.

However, the question on the existence of God or gods can't be understand with human philosophy but through an unfathomable revelation and relationship with God or gods. It's worth noting that the existence of God or gods will continue to be a mystery until end of all ages.
