OPINION: DEPARTMENT OF MASS COMMUNICATION ACCREDITATION

As a fellow student of the Department of Mass Communication, Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin, I would like to advise you to be careful about spreading unconfirmed information about the accreditation and mobilization of the outgoing HND 2 students.

You should know that as a communicator, your credibility and reputation are very important. If the department has not been accredited yet, it is not your duty to announce it to the public without verifying the facts.

Think about your future employers who are looking for qualified and competent graduates in the "LABOR MARKET". Your certificate will not matter much if you have tarnished your image as a communicator.

Please, respect the efforts of the school management and the department who are working hard to ensure that you have a valuable and rewarding education. Try to present yourself as a responsible and professional communicator who has learned a lot from the Department of Mass Communication, Kwara State Polytechnic.
